⌞ Commission Process ⌝If I am unable to work on your commissions at the moment, you will be put on a waitlist until then.
• The client must specify the content of their commission to the best of their ability before a commission agreement. Please provide Arteazia with visual references and detailed descriptions. If I am given artistic freedom in terms of design, pose, or composition, the client cannot ask for more than three major changes before rendering.
• Commissions can take up to 2 weeks or more depending on my school schedule and the type of commission.
• The client will receive a sketch of the commission once I start and will be allowed to ask for major changes. After that, only minor changes will be accepted (major changes at an advanced point of the commission will be charged).
• The client may ask for the commission's status at any time for updates (not revisions).
• The finished commission will be sent as a high-res PNG via e-mail or Google Drive. When commissioning me, please provide an e-mail.
⌞ Payments & Refunds ⌝• Payments are done via Paypal, ShopeePay (ID ONLY), or Gopay.
• Tax/additional charges may be added (International 4.99% + $.49)
• Full payment is due upfront through invoice within 48 hours of the commission order, unless the commission is over 30 USD. A payment plan may be negotiated/downpay(DP) in such cases if needed.
• All prices are as a guide only and are subject to change depending on various factors, such as:
a) Detailed character designs
b) Complex backgrounds
c) Additional character
d) Composition and posing
• The client may ask for a refund if needed, but the refund percentage will depend on the stage of the illustration.
a) Before starting > 100% refund
b) Before rendering > 50& refund
c) Render > No refund
* I will send the client whatever progress that was made.
